Responsibility

  • Manage users, mailboxes, mail routing and MFA.

  • Troubleshoot user mail/outlook issues. 

  • Microsoft O365, Exchange online. Good understanding of the needs and pain points of customers.

  • Copilot for M365, Plugins, Sent and Receive Connector, Reporting for usages, email activity, licenses, OWA and Outlook Client, User creation and management, Resetting password and assigning E3 and E5 license, M365 Groups, Shared mailbox, Distribution list, Regular mailbox, Resource mailboxes, mail flow, Rules (Transport rule)message trace, Retention policies, Retention tags like DPT, RPT and personal Tags, Auditing. basics of SharePoint and one drive, Azure AD,MFA, CA Policy, Sign in logs and audit logs.

  • Managing user accounts and giving share & security level permissions and OS recovery 

  • Installation of office 365 using ODT tool as well as Setup installation. 

  • Timely analyze whether any repairs or replacements is needed. 

  • Basic knowledge of cyberroam and sophos XG firewall. 

  • Users authentication on Cyberoam, Create, Delete, Modified, Reset password, disable.

  • Sophos endpoint protection using Sophos central, backup and restore. Installation of SSL VPN and management of users.

  • Outlook configuration and mailbox management.

  • Manage and maintain Exchange Online environment, including user accounts, mailboxes, email security, and distribution lists

  • Monitor Exchange Online services to ensure they are running smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

  • Design New Training Programs or adapt existing ones 

  • Develop training materials d. Design and conduct weekly assessments 

  • Maintain training rooms and resources related to training delivery

  • Actively participate and support mobilization activities by visiting NGO's, outskirt/slum areas. 

  • Report and update daily training activities to the academic head. 

  • Responsible for coordinating and conducting the Guest lecture for every course in coordination with the concerned person 

  • Responsible for post-placement follow-up of the students 

  • Responsible for extending every possible support to the manager and other staff members for the smooth operation of the centre in every aspect.
