The Partner Support Improvement Campaign (PSIC) is focused on improving our Partner's Customer Support and allowing them to earn an incentive reward for reducing the escalation incident rate to Microsoft support during the program period. It will also allow our Partners to graduate directly to the future Designation program more easily.
